Week 7 EOC: Restaurant/Bar Pitch

I would like to open a bar/restaurant for men that enjoy good, gourmet sandwiches. It will called "Le Croque Monsieur" which in translation is The Ham Sandwich. It will have a french inspired theme but it will be total opposite of what is expected. I have not found a place to start this business but I want to find a small sandwich shop in downtown Las Vegas. I would like to be apart of the Downtown Project and help bring more attention to the new developments. Breakfast will be brunch, lunch will be served later during the day and dinner will be late. I have not yet decided if I would keep the bar open 24 hours or close at a certain time. Alcoholic beverages and gourmet, comfort food will be served. Men will be able to lounge in low-lit dinning rooms with big-screen televisions, and will be able to experience an all-you-can-eat menu for the different meals of the day.
